Welcome to ISKCON Panihati

The Sacred Land of Chira-Dahi Mahotsav — Where Lord Nityananda Showered His Mercy

The Holy Abode of Lord Nityananda

Panihati Dham, situated on the banks of the sacred Ganges near Kolkata, is one of the most important places in Gaudiya Vaishnavism. It is here that Lord Nityananda organized the famous Chira-Dahi Mahotsav (Festival of Flat Rice and Yogurt), inviting everyone — regardless of caste or creed — to participate in the loving worship of Lord Chaitanya.

ISKCON Panihati continues this glorious tradition, serving the community through daily worship, spiritual education, prasadam distribution, and various seva programs.
